Rev. Paul Moreau, VF
Father Paul was born in Victoria BC Canada, the youngest of the 11 children of the late Joseph and Mary Moreau. Father attended Thomas Aquinas College in California and then joined the Legion of Christ in 1993. He studied Philosophy and Theology in Rome and was ordained a priest in 2002. A year after his ordination he was transferred to Atlanta to be chaplain at Holy Spirit Prep School in Sandy Springs.
In 2011, father left the Legion and joined the Archdiocese of Atlanta. He has served at St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Woodstock, St Joseph Catholic Church in Dalton and is currently pastor at St Joseph Catholic Church in Athens and St Catherine Labouré Catholic Church in Jefferson.
He serves in the Archdiocese of Atlanta as a whole as the Dean of the East Deanery, the Chair of the Council of Priests and on the Ongoing Formation Committee for Priests.
