Minimum: A 2-night minimum is required for overnight accommodations

Meals: Rate includes all meals per guest from dinner on day of arrival through breakfast on day of departure

Attire: Wear comfortable clothes that you can gently exercise in and please dress for the weather. SoulCore sessions will take place both outside and inside. Bring an exercise mat and closed-toe walking shoes to fully enjoy the property.

SoulCore intentionally engages the whole person in the sacred experience of the rosary. Integrating the prayers of the rosary with core strengthening, stretching and functional movements, SoulCore nourishes body & soul and encourages deeper reflection on the virtues. SoulCore is a gentle path to cultivate interior peace. This SoulCore Retreat will offer you a chance to come away from the noise of the world and quiet your soul as you spend time in the School of Mary.

The SoulCore Retreat will take place at the Retreat at Heritage – the first Catholic settlement in Georgia – a place of prayer and pilgrimage. Come immerse yourself in four SoulCore sessions among the beautiful prayer gardens. There will also be time for private prayer, communal fellowship as well as rest.

This program is open to guests age 18 and older.
